The Allahabad High Court on Sunday transferred 1085 judicial officers posted in different districts of the state from one district to another. All the transferred judicial officers have been told that they will have to hand over their charges by July 4. Along with this, immediate joining will have to be done at the new location.
The transferred judicial officers include 427 judicial officers of the rank of Additional District and Sessions Judge, 233 Judicial Officers of Civil Judge Senior Division, and 425 Judicial Officers of Civil Judge Junior Division. A notification to this effect has been issued by the Registrar General of Allahabad High Court Ashish Garg on Sunday.
"This order has been decided only after considering the representations sent by the judicial officers," the notification said. The Allahabad High Court administration had earlier transferred 619 judicial officers on June 20. Whereas, before that on May 17, 86 district judge rank judicial officers were transferred. In the list of transfers of judicial officers released by the High Court administration on Sunday, it has been said that all the transferred officers will have to take their charge with immediate effect at the new posting place by Monday.
