Rajasthan borders again sealed in view of Corona crisis, permission will have to be taken for commuting

In Rajasthan, one more death was recorded on Wednesday due to corona virus infection, due to which the number of people who died of infection in the state has increased to 256. With this, after 123 new cases of infection have been reported, the total number of people infected with this deadly virus in the state so far has gone up to 11,368. After increasing number of patients, the Rajasthan government has issued orders to re-seal the border. 

According to official sources, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot called a review meeting at the CM residence regarding Corona, after which it was decided to seal the border with Delhi and Punjab for 7 days. Following the government's order, the border in Sriganganagar, adjoining Punjab and the local administration has sealed the border in Bhiwadi adjacent to Delhi and Haryana. In Rajasthan, now Niru fee entry is completely stopped, permission to go through the border will be allowed only through the pass.

According to the Union Health Ministry, another infected patient died in Jodhpur by 10:30 AM on Tuesday. This brings the total death toll in the state to 256. In Jaipur alone, the death toll from Corona virus infection has increased to 118 while 26 patients have died in Jodhpur, 18 in Kota and 11 in Ajmer. 14 patients from other states also died here.

Officials said that 123 new cases of infection were reported in the state on Wednesday. These include 40 in Jaipur, 34 in Bharatpur, 11-11 in Pali and Sikar, nine in Jhunjhunu, five in Nagaur and three in Kota. The total number of infected patients in the capital has increased to 2,400. Rajasthan has two Italian nationals as well as 61 people who were brought from Iran to the army health centers in Jodhpur and Jaisalmer in total cases of corona virus infection. There has been curfew in many police station areas across the state due to Corona virus infection.
