How to make: Add beetroot paste, salt, carom seeds, roasted cumin in wheat flour and knead it with the help of water. Now take six balls and make small puris. Glue these to the corners in a line and roll. Cut it with a knife by pressing it slightly with the thumb in the middle. Fry in hot oil. Delicious Gulab Beetroot Mathri is ready.
