Gold rises by Rs 50, silver by Rs 400
Silver prices today rose by Rs 400 per kg to Rs 61,200. A day earlier on Monday, the price of silver had registered an increase of Rs 200 per kg. The price of Sona Bithur today rose by Rs 50 per 10 grams to Rs 48,150. Similarly, the price of 22 carat gold also increased by Rs 50 per 10 grams to Rs 48,000. The day before the price of gold was stable.
The market got relief, the beauty started returning
Bullion traders say domestic demand is getting stronger due to increase in festive buying. Next is the festival of Jeetiya. The purchase of Jeetiya lockets has started. The market will remain bright for a week. Bullion trader Kaushal Kumar said that the prices of gold and silver have also softened. Customers are coming forward to take advantage of this too. The market has also got relief due to increase in general subscription. After the festival of Teej, there was sluggishness in the market, but now the hustle and bustle is visible. Along with gold, silver necklaces are also selling well.
Good demand expected in marriage marriage
Vendors say that the festival of Jeetiya is at the end of the month. After this there are other festivals including Durga Puja in October also. Therefore, the brightness in the jewelery market will remain till November. The auspicious time of marriage is in November and good demand for wedding jewelery is also expected.
